How do I upload my document to Dialexy’s platform?

If you already have a scanned copy of your document, just drag and drop this file where we ask for this. Alternatively, Select 'files to upload’ to browse your computer and upload your files that way.

If you don’t have a scanned copy yet, all you have to do is open our platform from your mobile phone via translate.dialexy.com and simply take a photo of your document. Please make sure the photo is clear and the text is legible before you click submit.

Why did I not get an instant quote?

Sometimes, we may not be able to provide an instant quote. This can happen for a few reasons, such as:

The images are of poor quality.
Multiple documents were uploaded at once.
We do not routinely translate the type of document you have uploaded.

To improve your chances of getting an instant quote, try uploading high-quality images and request a quote for each document separately. If you still don't receive an instant quote, no worries! Please contact translate@dialexy.com and one of our team members will review your documents and send you a free, no-obligation quote as soon as possible.

How do I get a quote?

The process of obtaining a quote from Dialexy is very easy. Simply upload your document, select the language that you need the document to be translated to, and submit your request. Depending on the language, you may receive an instant quote or our team will email you a quote within one working day.

If you need a translation specifically for a UK ENIC or Ecctis application, please visit our dedicated UK ENIC and Ecctis services portal here.

Once you have accepted the quote and paid through the link we sent you, sit back and relax. We will get in touch when your translation is ready for you to review.
